做一个吃良心饭的律师

很显然我现在还不是一名律师，当然我很快就会成为其中一位。一直以来我都极力的在满足自己基本生活需求的条件下降低自己对于物质生活的虚荣心。任何东西都有它的局限性，钱太少肯定不是好事，钱太多也可能坏事。心态平和，做该做的事，吃良心饭是我宗旨。

有人在讥讽律师，有人在离开了律师行业后讥讽律师，我觉得这一切无可非议。
现实中，律师是一商人的角色，但是社会世俗给他披上了神圣的色彩。这使得律师一开始就很难做，因为其他人收钱是合情合理的，比如修空调的故意把氟利昂放光再充满，但是律师是不行的，为了多少律师费，律师无限期拖延。
律师的神圣光环给了一个凡人，而且这个凡人还是个商人的角色，使得这其中极不匹配。我想这就是律师界的悲哀，也是为什么会有那么想林肯一样的优秀律师最后选择离开这个行业。
我想起了我刚刚进入律师实习期间带我的老律师，他一直告诉我吃良心饭。当时我不能理解这句话的含义，今天我有必要将这句话解释一番。
律师可以是商人，但商亦有道，即为商道。律师在给别人出谋划策、处理案件过程中完全有权利得到报酬，但不能收钱不办事，不能怂恿诉讼，不能因为钱而昧良心。
